Terrero Now Leads by One Vote, with Recount Widely Expected

Wilson A. Terrero now leads by one vote.

As counting of late-arriving mail-in ballots and other special-case votes continued, the Board of Elections reports that Wilson A. Terrero now leads Leslye A. Oquendo-Thomas by one vote, 942 to 941, in the race for the Westchester legislative Dist. 17 seat. The count ends tomorrow, with the expcted recount to begin right after.  Deadline for certification is July 6.
